this list is primarily intended for the sharing of concert announcements in the world of creative music (improvised, experimental, and contemporary sound work) taking place in the greater NYC area. Don't think of if as only a tool for your own concerts, but also to share info about events you hear about and would like others to know about. It is also open to discussions and reviews of particular CONCERTs or PERFORMANCEs if you feel it is neccassary, and to general issues concerning the music. However, this list is NOT open to the selling of merchandise, Cd reviews, gossip and the like.... Please keep this list useful and functional for such a large community! Thanks for participating.
